1. Digital Soul Games

Digital Soul Games was born from the fusion of two companies:

Green Land Studios (greenlandstudios.com) - a brazilian game development company, has made games such as:

2. “Spirit” Platform

We developed and optimized the “Spirit” platform, a system that allows connection to several games thru a single login, as well as sharing information among them. At “Spirit” platform, we stored important players information, like “XP” (experience points), credits, and others, allowing to transfer information from one game to another easily. That’s what we call “Digital Soul”.

3. Persistent Character

It’s possible to acquire items during the game, change character, win credits and points. And even if you leave the game, you will be able to play months later exactly as you left.

It means that your character gains popularity and respect, evolving and becoming part of the universe of the game.

4. Digital Soul

The Digital Soul has 6 elements (could be changed at any time without previous announcement):

  • XP (experience points)
  • ST (strength / attack) –gives attack power to your character;
  • HT (Live / Defense) – raises your character’s life;
  • DX (Dexterity / Velocity) –raise your character’s speed;
  • QI (Intelligence / Precision) – raises the precision of your character;
  • Credits – acquire items for your character.

5. Avatar

There are items available in Botzin so you can make improvements and characterize your avatar. Each item has its own attribute that makes difference during the game, be it in strengh, speed or precision.

Basic weapon, can be use to finish an adversary. Almost a straight shot, suffers little wind variation and have a respectable range.
Single cannon

Basic weapon, it has a nice fire power, but requires more angulation. It suffers wind effects and have a long ray of range.
Grenade launcher

Basic weapon, it has a bouncing ammo. This weapon is ideal to bridges and cliffs.
Guided Missile

A powerful weapon in good hands. After it has been shot, it can be controlled by mouse and guided directly into the adversary.
Double cannon

This weapon has a massive power of destruction. But is not simple to use, it requires more strength than others weapons and much more angulation.
Energy machine gun

If shot close to your enemy it can take 100% life. It’s a good defense weapon, so don’t get too close if someone has got one of this.
Sniper Rifle

When the enemy is far away or running in his final moments u should use this gun that do not suffer wind’s variations. Without mistake it’s a straight shot although it is not a good weapon to attack.
Flak cannon

Enemies will think twice against this weapon. After shooting, you just have to click the mouse’s left button again to blast the projectile.
Terraseg Grenade

This weapon is the evolution of the Grenade Launcher. But differently it sticks to the ground until it reaches the enemy and then explodes throwing the enemies far away
Missile Launcher

You can create three energy shields for your defense.
Hologram
Weight 2
This device is used to “fool” the enemy. Activate the hologram and it will generate an identical Bot copy that can also be controlled, but without shooting.
Teleport

You can teleport yourself to any place in the map.

6. Points System, Credits, XP points and Ranking system

6.1. Points and credits per match

For every enemy killed will 200 points will be awarded;
the team that wins the match will earn 300 points;

Example:

• Case A – the player killed 3 botz and won the match::
• 3 x 200 = 600 + 300 = 900 points;
• Case B – the player killed zero botz and won the match:
• 300 points;
• Case C – the player killed 1 bot and lost the match:
• 200 points

Credits are directly related to the quantity of points earned at the proportion of 1:1.

6.2. How to win a match

The match will finish and a team will be victorious when the difference of frags reaches these numbers (It depends on the number of players in a match):

• 1 against 1 – 3 points;
• 2 against 2 – 4 points;
• 3 against 3 – 5 points;
• 4 against 4 – 7 points;
• 5 against 5 – 9 points.

Every enemy killed will worth 2 points and every robot of your team that is killed will worth –1 (negative).

At every 10.000 points earned, automatically the player will receive 1 XP point

6.5. Ranking and Monthly Ranking

Winning points you will automatically participate of the ranking.

There are 2 kinds of rank:

• Anual Ranking– restarted in the end of the year;
• monthly Ranking – restarted every month;

6.6. Patent system

Patents can be distributed accordingly to the amount of players that participate of the rank,. They identify inside the game, which is the position of the player in the rank.

Patents are distributed accordingly to this percentage:

1% 2% 3%
6% 7% 8%
11% 12% 50%
